André is an accomplished Advocate with more than three decades of litigation experience in High Courts of law and Arbitrations across the world.
He has vast experience in tax matters and Family Succession Enterprises. He has acted in multiple fields of litigation and represents high-net-worth families across the world.

Peter is a qualified attorney and has wide experience in the listing of companies on several Stock Exchanges around the world. He is the founding member of the Osiris Group International in the Cayman Islands, Mauritius and Cyprus, which provides International Corporate finance and administrative services to global clients. Peter has been involved in the property industry for many years. Peter has a deep insight in international tax.

Warren is an internationally recognised mining, natural resources and infrastructure legal specialist. He has a keen interest in significant mining transitions and has acted for multinationals as their commercial, international advisor on multiple occasions. He provides multi-disciplinary services with a particular focus on health & safety, environmental, regulatory and compliance law.

George is a Special Consultant to Osiris Law and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He has more than fourteen years’ experience in various business sectors which includes finance, taxation, strategic planning, company structuring and re-structuring, consolidations, treasury, risk management and controls.

Wynne Kossuth is a corporate lawyer with a particular interest in risk management and compliance. She has over 24 years’ experience in the legal sector and has been involved in transactions in, amongst others, the manufacturing, mining, property, telecommunications and retail sectors. She has conducted many legal due diligences, is company secretary to private and public companies, and believes that there is a solution to every problem.

David is a Special Consultant to Osiris Law and a Business Economics graduate.
He cemented his career with Rand Merchant Bank and has operated in global markets for more than thirty years, twenty-four of them residing in Mauritius. David has extensive experience in capital markets and Family Succession Enterprises.

Wesley is a seasoned legal professional with 18+ years of experience in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Specialising in commercial disputes, complex negotiations, and risk mitigation, he has successfully resolved high-profile cases for clients worldwide. A strategic leader for nearly two decades, he has guided legal teams and advised multinational organisations on international trade, anti-corruption compliance, and data privacy regulations.

Miles is a Special Consultant to Osiris Law and is a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK. He has worked in the financial services industry in Jersey and the BVI for more than thirty years with over twenty years as a senior trust professional in the BVI.
He has a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the offshore industry and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. His further qualifications include the UK Securities Institute Investment Management Certificate.

Simon is an admitted attorney and has eight years of experience in litigation and commercial law.
He has a keen interest in corporate law and is dedicated to finding innovative solutions for complex legal challenges spanning various disciplines.

Kisha is a Special Consultant to Osiris Law and a financial graduate. She has more than ten years of experience in advising Family Succession Enterprises.
She has a deep understanding of the challenges of financially managing Family Succession Enterprises whilst respecting the independence of the underlying corporate businesses.
Roelien is a Special Consultant, seconded to Osiris Law and a dual-qualified attorney (South Africa & New York) with over 17 years’ experience in commercial law, compliance and corporate governance.
She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of operational, KYC/AML and risk- management frameworks on an international scale. Roelien also advises high-net-worth families on succession planning and cross-border structures, drawing on her deep expertise in legal project management and regulatory strategy.

Diane Gillespie is a South African Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer with over 15 years of experience in the offshore industry. Her work spans commercial law, compliance, and corporate governance, with strong proficiency in trust and company law. She brings a solid track record in corporate finance, international taxation, and structuring across various jurisdictions and sectors. Diane’s pragmatic approach
and depth of insight make her a trusted advisor in navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
